We believe that sea minerals are the world’s best source of electrolytes. I found this out in 2003 when I first started taking Ionic Sea Minerals. When I would work hard, I would always get a headache because of dehydration and a loss of electrolytes. When I started taking Ionic Sea Minerals, my headaches and muscle cramps went away.

The liquid Ionic Sea Minerals have a bitter taste, but I have gotten used to the taste and don’t mind it anymore. But, now, there's a delicious new alternative. For the last few months I have been taking AquaVIVE Electrolyte Drink Mix, and I love it! It contains the same Ionic Sea Minerals that help me rehydrate and it tastes great. It comes in Coconut Citrus Splash (a scoopable jar & individual serving-sized sachets) and Lemon Delight flavor (which comes in individual serving-sized sachets). I just use a couple of scoops or a sachet and water and stir for a delicious, incredibly healthy drink.

AquaVIVE Electrolyte drink mixes are great for kids, too! I chose a scoop size that makes it easier for kids to get what they need. Adults, 2 scoops, older kids, 1 scoop. The Lemon Delight and Coconut Citrus Splash sachets are perfect for 16 oz. of water. Mix some up and share with your children. For younger kids, just adjust the amount accordingly.

Usage: Add 1 sachet to 16 oz. of water. 30 sachets per package
